Equipped with over 30 professional engineers, GCL is capable of providing professional solutions for all kinds of big LED display projects.Once we get all the project information needed, we can provide the detailed solution, quotations, and drawings of the cabinet&structure. We can send a team over to the client’s country to check the installation site even before the purchase if needed. The client can also send engineers to our company for free training.
We will always provide a certain amount of free spare parts to make sure that the screen will always work well. We provide training of the LED screen software, cabinet installation,screen maintenance. We can provide the training when the client comes to visit our factory or when our engineer team goes to the client’s country to help installation.
We provide 3 years warranty for all parts of our products. During the warranty , we will send engineers to the client’s country twice each year for the maintenance of our products for free.
