Standard warranty : 3 years.
Free maintenance service would be provided if our products have any problems during the warranty.
During the warranty, GCL will cover the shipping cost of sending the products back to the clients in the aftersales service.
If technical support needed, GCL will send engineers to the client’s country with all the costs covered by the client,
including the visa, flights, accommodation, transportation , etc.
Free samples can be provided for clients’ showroom, project tender or other important business needs.
Warranty services will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1: Damage or malfunction due to the users’ misuses like improper disassembly, testing, modification, etc;
2: Damage due to any natural disasters like fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
